INSPIRED 2016 Featuring Dr. Angela Y. Davis

We are excited to announce Dr. Angela Y Davis will be the keynote speaker at our INSPIRED 2016 event to be held September 29, 2016. Known internationally for her ongoing work to combat all forms of oppression in the U.S. and abroad, Dr. Davis will share her knowledge as a student, teacher, writer, and scholar. She is, and continues to be, a living witness to the struggles of women throughout history and our current times.

Today she is Distinguished Professor Emerita in the History of Consciousness and Feminist Studies Departments at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
