The Women's Alliance is formed as Chrysalis brings together leaders from organizations serving girls, women, and families during a period of community transition and growth.

2006
Alliance partners help lead a community-wide research initiative documenting the range and value of services available to local girls and women.

The Women's Alliance continues to connect nonprofit leaders, strengthen organizations, foster collaboration, and advance opportunities for girls, women, and families throughout Greater Des Moines.
