how our funding works

Every Chrysalis funding decision is guided by one question: How can this investment create the greatest impact for girls and women in our community?

Unlike traditional funders, we don't simply write checks, we build stronger organizations and stronger outcomes through strategic partnerships, education, and ongoing support.
