chrysalis women's alliance

We don’t work alone. We value shared effort and a unified voice.

The Chrysalis Women's Alliance brings together organizations and community leaders dedicated to improving the lives of girls and women across Greater Des Moines. For nearly two decades, Chrysalis has convened this collaborative network to share knowledge, address emerging issues, build meaningful partnerships, and strengthen the collective impact of those serving our community. Through bi-monthly gatherings, members connect, learn, and work together to create lasting change for girls and women.
