Our community is now involved in two very important fundraising campaigns: the annual United Way Campaign and the State of Iowa "One Gift" program. Each of these campaigns allows a donor to designate a gift to one or more local nonprofit organizations; a donor may designate a gift(s) to multiple agencies, and there is no minimum dollar requirement for donor designations. If you or someone you know would like to designate their United Way or State of Iowa gift to Chrysalis, you simply write this choice on the back of the United Way "Donor Choice" or State of Iowa "One Gift" form (where it indicates to specify the agency you wish to receive your support). Please share this information with your friends and associates who may also wish to support the Chrysalis Foundation in this way! Back to top YEAR-END IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER! December 31st is fast approaching, and as you consider your year-end giving, we hope that you will consider the Chrysalis Foundation! Your gift of $300 will support a full year of Chrysalis After-School activities for a young woman; a gift of $3,000 will provide a year of financial education and small business development training for 20 women; or a gift of $6,000 will assure access to health care services and health education training programs to hundreds of low-income women and their families. If you'd like help in deciding, or if we can provide information to your club, corporation, or organization regarding a year-end gift to Chrysalis, please contact Leslie Garman at lgarman@chrysalisfdn.org, or call her at (515) 255-1853.
