Grant Making...Chrysalis will measurably improve the lives of women and girls through priority-focused grant making that is targeted by research and evaluated for its impact.

Philanthropy...Chrysalis will ensure that its long-term vision for women and girls advanced through comprehensive fundraising, volunteer development, investment management, and community philanthropy.
