The Chrysalis Foundation created its annual educational event, INSIGHTS, to present leading women speakers and their perspectives on issues and events affecting girls and women.  Evolving from quarterly luncheons beginning in 1998, INSIGHTS now features internationally-recognized speakers relating personal experiences, perspectives, and insights on issues ranging from work/live balance to nontraditional careers to life in the public eye.

Past INSIGHTS speakers have included Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author Anna Quindlen, WOMEN AT GROUND ZERO authors Susan Hagen and Mary Carouba (marking 5th anniversary of World Trade Center attack), White House reporter Helen Thomas, Physician and Astronaut Dr. Mae Jemison, and White House Advisor to Corporation for National and Community Service director Jackie Norris.
