Executive Director: Terry M. Hernandez
Hernandez served as first Executive Director for the Chrysalis Foundation from 1997-2000, and returned to the position in 2004. Her career includes positions as Director of Marketing and Public Relations with Iowa Lutheran Hospital and the YMCA of Greater Des Moines, and was co-founder of Iowa Women in Public Policy. She holds a Bachelors degree from Iowa State University .

Director of Development and Communications: Leslie Garman
Garman is a recent staff member to Chrysalis, joining the staff roster in October of 2006. Her career includes close to two years as Development Director of the House of Mercy, as a member of Mercy Foundation and 19 years with the American Heart Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Morningside College

Finance and Data Manager: Pamela Davis
Davis has been with Chrysalis since 2002, having worked in the nonprofit arena for nearly 20 years. She was previously with the Greater Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, the Soil and Water Conservation Society, and the American Agricultural Economics Association, and she attended Iowa State University and Des Moines Area Community College .
